Both sides of the talent market. Individuals join Academy programs and bootcamps. Companies use Hailaman to source, assess, and hire. Enterprise and government partners build custom programs.
A normal ATS is a database. Hailaman adds Azzam, an AI engine that analyzes CVs, assessments, and behavioral signals together to give you fit scores, strengths, and risks, not just a list of resumes.
